LOCAL ONLY — Ohio — Darke County. These scholarships are for high school seniors and are awarded based on various criteria including GPA, ACT score, activities, essay, field of study, and financial need, though some are merit-based without regard to financial need. Approximately 75 awards are given to students pursuing higher education or vocational certificates. Scholarship money is disbursed after the first grading period in college if the student maintains a 2.75 GPA. Eligibility: • High school seniors who attend a Darke County high school or are home-schooled in Darke County • Pursuing 4-year or 2-year degrees, or shorter vocational certificates
