LOCAL ONLY — Washington — Edmonds School District. These scholarships are available to graduating seniors for pursuing educational programs at a university, community college, or vocational-technical institution. Applicants are considered for multiple scholarships by submitting one application, which requires an essay, financial information, activities lists, work experience, and two reference letters. Awards can be merit or need-based, and some scholarships may be specific to certain post-high school educational programs.
